Delivery Information

We offer a range of different shipping methods to allow you to select the best option for your needs. Below we have listed the specific details of each service.

We will dispatch orders either the same or following day Monday to Friday. Any orders received over the weekend will be prepared and dispatched as a priority on Monday morning.


Parcelforce collects parcels from us every day Monday – Friday at around 14:00. Therefore, any orders received before 13:20, Monday – Friday, that are subject to a Parcelforce postal service, will be collected by Parcelforce the same day.

Any order received after 13:20 may not be prepared in time for that days’ collection and therefore will go out with the following collection.

We offer 4 main services with Parcelforce:

  • Parcelforce AM (12-noon service)
  • Parcelforce 24 (next working day)
  • Parcelforce 48 (2 working days)
  • Parcelforce Saturday delivery* (Parcelforce add an extra charge of £12 to the postage fee)
  • Parcel Force Highlands & Islands**

*orders must be received by 13:20 on Friday to qualify for Saturday delivery

**This service is for those locations Parcelforce deem to be more remote and thus attract a higher delivery charge, namely those in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Parcelforce aims to deliver 2 working days after despatch although on rare occasions this can take longer.

The following postcodes are classed as Highlands & Island: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21


We will deliver any parcels where a Hermes delivery service has been selected, to the Hermes drop off point each day after 18:00. Hermes drivers collect parcels from the drop off points and make deliveries Monday – Saturday.

We offer 1 service from Hermes:

Hermes 2-4 day service

Hermes aims (no guarantees) to deliver within 2-4 working days after despatch. Although Hermes aims to deliver within this timeframe it is possible that the parcel may take longer than 4 working days to arrive. If you require your item urgently or have a time constraint, we suggest using one of the Parcelforce options.

Royal Mail

We will deliver any parcels where a Royal Mail delivery service has been selected, to the Post Office each day after 18:00. Royal Mail drivers collect parcels from the post offices and make deliveries Monday – Saturday.

We offer 3 services from Royal Mail:

Royal Mail First class (1-2 days)
Royal Mail Second class (2-4 days)

Royal Mail aims (no guarantees) to deliver within the time frame quoted in the selected service. It is, therefore, possible that the parcel could take longer to arrive than the selected service states. If you require your item urgently or have a time constraint, we suggest using one of the Parcelforce options.

Click & Collect

Your item will be ready for collection immediately after using the click and collect service. Please note our below address and opening hours for collection:

Parcelforce Euro Economy & GLS – any international delivery via courier

These courier services are for larger/heavier parcels and packets going to overseas locations.

The time for delivery varies from location to location and is dependent on the courier used.

Although the couriers try their best to deliver within any time frame given, please note that due to airlines/customs and other factors outside of their control, neither we nor they can be held responsible if a parcel takes longer than planned.

Generally, most international parcels arrive worldwide in 5 working days.

General Information

Our website is linked to our shop stock control system. This allows us to display accurate stock availability on our product screens. Although we pride ourselves in keeping these Although we pride ourselves in keeping these records accurate, from time to time due to theft in-store or damaged items or human error, on very rare occasions our records could be wrong. If any item is found to be out of stock we will contact you at the soonest possible time to let you know and discuss the best way forward.

Whilst we are happy to apply any specific delivery instructions and or safe place information to your parcel, this does not guarantee that the delivery driver will follow these notes. Whilst most couriers will follow the information (as it makes life easier for them), it is worth noting that the driver is only officially contracted to deliver, or attempt to deliver, to the address on the shipping label.

We reserve the right to amend the type of delivery service used. On occasions, the packing materials or the packed parcel size necessitate a particular type of despatch best suited to the items. We try our best to ensure any such changes do not affect the orders expected arrival time. In most cases, these changes result in a parcel leaving by a quicker delivery method.
