Includes:

• 2mm dyneema inserts for bands
• 1.5mm line for tying the clove hitch constrictor knot
• 2mm dyneema wishbone line with breaking strain of 280kg

You’ll just need rubber for the bands and a T tool for inserting the dyneema inserts without damaging the rubber of inserts.
