I find the Dyneema fits easier over the notch and makes reloading a little easier. They do wear faster than the metal ones so you will need a spare

Found it easier to load the second notch of the spear gun when using two rubbers as can pull back band with a finger which you can`t do with the metal ones.

Haven’t gone diving get to try it but I’ve put it on and it seems fine ! wish it was a little longer but I bought extra dyneema so I can choose my legnth so yeah good product 🙂
