Delivery Information

We offer a range of different shipping methods to allow you to select the best option for your needs. Below we have listed the specific details of each service.

We will dispatch orders either the same or following day Monday to Friday (see below for more details and timings). Any orders received over the weekend will be prepared and dispatched as a priority on Monday morning.

DX Express

Our DX collection is Monday to Friday at approximately 15:00. Therefore, any orders received before 14:15 (Monday to Friday) that are subject to a DX postal service will be collected the same day.

Any orders received after 14:15 may not be prepared in time for that days’ collection and therefore will be despatched on the next available collection day.

We offer 2 main services with DX Express:

  • DX Tracked Next Day Delivery* (postcode restrictions apply)
  • DX Saturday delivery** (additional charge of £2.50 to the postage fee, postcode restrictions apply)

*DX strives to deliver parcels by the next working day, however as with all delivery companies this is not guaranteed and on occasion the next day delivery can take 1-2 days.

DX has classed some regions as remote and therefore cannot offer the ‘next day’ delivery service. DX aims to deliver to these areas within the timeframe mentioned below but on rare occasion delivery may take longer. Due to the remote location a higher delivery charge may be applied, but if we find an alternative less expensive courier service you will be reimbursed the difference in cost.

Post code restrictions for DX next day delivery include:

Scotland
AB35-AB38, IV – 2 days
FK18-FK21, KW, PA21-PA38, PA80 – 3 days
HS & Scottish Isles – 3-5 days

Northern Ireland
BT68-BT71, BT74-BT82, BT92-BT94 – 2-3 days

Isle of Mann – 2 days

Scilly Isles – no service – alternative delivery service used

**DX Saturday delivery: orders must be received by 14:15 on Friday to qualify for the Saturday delivery service.

DX Saturday delivery service is not available within the following post code areas:

Scotland: FK18-FK21, HS, IV, KW, PA21-38 & PA80
Northern Ireland: BT68-BT71, BT74-BT82, BT92-BT94
Offshore Islands: Scottish Isles, Isle of Mann, Isle of Scilly

Royal Mail

Any orders received before 16:45 (Monday to Friday) that are subject to a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service will be collected the same day and subject to delivery the following day. Royal Mail make deliveries Monday – Saturday.

We offer the Royal Mail Tracked 24hr delivery service (1-2 days)

Royal Mail aims (no guarantees) to deliver within the time frame quoted in the selected service. It is, therefore, possible that the parcel could take longer to arrive than the selected service states, especially if the delivery postcode is classed as a remote area.

Click & Collect

Your item will be ready for collection immediately after using the click and collect service. Please note our below address and opening hours for collection:

Parcelforce Euro Economy & GLS – any international delivery via courier

These courier services are for larger/heavier parcels and packets going to overseas locations.

The time for delivery varies from location to location and is dependent on the courier used.

Although the couriers try their best to deliver within any time frame given, please note that due to airlines/customs and other factors outside of their control, neither we nor they can be held responsible if a parcel takes longer than planned.

Generally, most international parcels arrive worldwide in 5 working days.

General Information

Our website is linked to our shop stock control system. This allows us to display accurate stock availability on our product screens. Although we pride ourselves in keeping these records accurate, from time to time due to theft in-store or damaged items or human error, on very rare occasions our records could be wrong. If any item that a customer has ordered is found to be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss the best way forward.

Whilst we are happy to apply any specific delivery instructions and or safe place information to your parcel, this does not guarantee that the delivery driver will follow these notes. Whilst most couriers will follow the information (as it makes life easier for them), it is worth noting that the driver is only officially contracted to deliver, or attempt to deliver, to the address on the shipping label.

We reserve the right to amend the type of delivery service used. On occasions, the packing materials or the packed parcel size necessitate a particular type of despatch best suited to the items. We try our best to ensure any such changes do not affect the orders’ expected arrival time. In most cases, these changes result in a parcel leaving by a quicker delivery method.
