Weights

At Start Point Spearfishing we are proud to design and mould our own spearfishing lead weights to be comfortable on the belt and streamlined in the water.

Choose our 1 kilogram weights for a belt.  Some weight jackets are better suited to out 750g flat weights.

You will need approx 1kg per mm of wetsuit.  If you have a 7mm wetsuit, you will require at least 7kg of weight.
