Fish Stringers: Fish stringers, or keepers as they are sometimes referred to, offer a simple yet effective way to keep your catch whilst in the water.

Fish stringers come in many designs ranging from basic, to more complex, thought out designs. How all stringers work is the same. The stringer has a sharp metal spike with a length of line attached.

The stringer should be attached to your float and the spike is placed through the gills of the caught fish.  As you catch more fish you simply add the new catch to the bottom of the spearfishing stringer.
