Description

Start Point Wetsuit is amongst the top spearfishing wetsuits on the world market.  The suit is hand made by our partner George Karatsis of Blue Green Spearfishing, and brought to the UK by Start Point Spearfishing to meet the needs of divers who require the ultimate suit.

Made with the highest quality neoprene HEIWA SK AWS, extra small cells within the neoprene core ensure minimum compressive shrinkage, maintaining smoothness and insulation properties at all depths.

The neoprene is cut to perfectly match body anatomy resulting in the most comfortable fit and warmth for the long days spearfishing all year round.

Available in 5mm and 7mm.

We do not hold stock of Start Point smooth skin pants but they can be ordered to arrive within 2-3 weeks. Contact us via phone/text/whatsapp for more info.

We recommend the Start Point lined pants to accompany the spearfishing smooth skin wetsuit jacket.

Please Note:

Due to the nature of the open cell interior and smooth skin outer, it is important to wet the inside of the spearfishing wetsuit with a soapy solution to ensure ease of entry to the wetsuit. Equally, it is important to lube the outside of the spearfishing wetsuit when taking it off. Trying to get into or out of any smooth skin spearfishing suit without the use of a soapy solution will likely damage the wetsuit. If you have any questions regarding this, please call us anytime.

I have been very impressed with the build quality and comfort of this jacket. I was perfectly warm in 10 degrees for a couple of hours yesterday (January). It has extended my spearfishing season so I can now go all year. I would definitely recommend it.
